Company Legacy & Overview
1966
Shri Vasudev Wadhwa sets foot in Mumbai, with a vision.
1967
Commencement of our company’s first-ever project Vijay Bhavan at Bandra West.
1969
Completion of a mixed-use project called Vijay Chambers in South Bombay.
The beginning of our successful association with Indian Bank who, to date, occupy the premises on a lease, even 54 years later.
Commencement of our project Deep Bella, at one of the most premium locations on Mount Mary, Bandra.
1972
Completion of a trio of residential projects at Juhu Tara Road called Blue Sea, Silver Sea and Beach Croft
1977
Completion of four projects on 14th Road, in Khar, called Radhya, Shree Niwas, Dwarka and Rubaix.
1978
Development of a mixed-use project named Happy Home, located at Waterfield Road, Bandra West.
1982
Development of Ritu Apartments, an ultra-luxury property on Bandra’s iconic Bandstand stretch, with an unobstructed sea view.
1989
Acquisition of 3 Acres of Land in Andheri on Andheri Kurla Road for the development of Anmol Complex
1992
Acquisition of 4 Acres of Land in Kurla for the development of Noor-E-Jaahan Complex.
Completion of Minal Complex in Andheri, which is home to over 100 families.
1996
Completion of 6 Wings at Anmol Complex, home to over 200 families.
1998
Completion of 8 Wings at Noor-e-Jaahan, home to over 300 families.
2001
Completion of Vasukamal Wing A and Wing B at Andheri East, developed on 3 Acres of Land.
2003
Completion of Harshvardhan Complex at Andheri East, developed on 2.5 Acres of land.
2007
Completion of Vedanta, a commercial project developed on a 1 Acre land parcel spread across 1,25,000 sq. ft. leased out to select Multi-National Corporations at Marol, Andheri East. This project continues to be retained by our firm with 100% ownership. Presently, it is the Headquarters of House of Wadhwa.
2013
Completion of Adityavardhan Complex, built on 2 Acres of Land at Chandivali, Powai, home to 120 families.
2020
Completion of Solitaire, our first project outside Mumbai, located at Hadapsar, Pune.
2021
Completion of Resham, a boutique luxury residential development on the corner of 23rd and 29th Road, Bandra West.
Inducted into the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) as a Patron Member.
2022
Awarded Luxury Project of the Year by ET NOW for Resham, Bandra West.
2023
Commencement of our first ever Green Building 723 Avenue at Andheri East, spread across 2,00,000 sq. ft.
